Developing a walking practice as much as possible is a good start. Do not even think about jogging when you are just starting since it will just wear you out. You can start jogging at the time you are used to walking.

Make sure that you follow an exercise guide for beginners. This way you could easily do it and it will not tire you that much. Your goal is not to do hard exercises, the main goal here is for you to develop a regular exercise routine.
Try to do exercise 2-3 times a week. If you could do this regularly for 2 months, then that’s the time to start taking the harder exercise routines.

Clean your Backyard
If you have a backyard and leaves are everywhere, it’s a good chance to do some nice exercise. Before you start sweeping these leaves, you need to pick them up yourselves first.
Yes, you heard that right, manually pick the leaves for about 15-20 minutes before you start sweeping this. This way, you’ll sweat more.
The idea here is to manually do things instead of looking for means to do any task easily. You don’t have to manually do things all the way. You just have to allocate some time for it. Then you could go back to the usual way of completing the task.
